The CP7R and CP7RA are the processor used in the P858 and P859. The difference between the two isn't entirely clear yet.

The CP7R(A) is built using four AM2901BDC bipolar 4-bit bitslices, an AM2910DC microprogram sequencer. It also uses three N82S100F programmable logic arrays, seven AM27S191DC 2K x 8 ROMs (for microcode?), two N82S09N 64x9 ROMs (for firmware?), and two Intel D8251A USARTs for serial communications.
